We recommend booking 4–6 months ahead, especially for peak season (May–October). Larger multi-vehicle reservations should be locked in as soon as your venue is confirmed.
Absolutely — most of our weddings are planned alongside the couple's planner. We provide a written transportation timeline and check in with the planner the week of, the day before, and the morning of.
Yes. We run continuous shuttle loops between hotels, ceremony, and reception so no guest waits long. Sprinters carry up to 14 each — ideal for groups of any size.
Yes. Our Sprinters have ample headroom, dress-friendly seating, and we can hang the gown for transport. Many brides use the Sprinter for their getting-ready transit.
Sprinter reservations are 4-hour minimum. Black car reservations are 2-hour minimum. Most weddings book 6–10 hours per vehicle.
